FOYER Download

Foyer for Android isn't out. Yet.

Right now Foyer runs on Mac and iPhone. An Android version is not in progress, and this page won't pretend otherwise. What the waitlist actually does: it counts you.

Send a one-line email and you're on the list. If an Android version ships, you get exactly one message. If it never ships, you get none. No newsletter, no follow-ups, and the address goes nowhere else.

It opens your mail app with the message pre-filled. Sending it is the whole signup.

Why the count matters

Foyer is built by one person. The audio engine is native Apple code today, so Android is a real rebuild, not a checkbox. Whether that rebuild is worth months of work depends on how many people are actually waiting; this list is how that gets measured. Every email genuinely moves the decision.

Meanwhile, the browser version of the idea

Five sounds from Foyer's library play free right here on this site, on any phone, Android included. They are flat stereo rather than spatial, but they loop cleanly and cost nothing:

There is also a pomodoro timer that plays them while you work. If you have an iPhone or a Mac somewhere in your life, the full app is a one-time $9.99, no account, on both.

Questions

When will Foyer for Android be released?

There is no date, because there is no build yet. The audio engine is native Apple code, so Android means a real rewrite. The waitlist exists to measure whether that rewrite is worth months of one person's work; if it happens, the list hears first.

Can I use Foyer sounds on Android today?

Yes, in the browser. Five sounds from the app's library play free on this site: rain, brown noise, fireplace, ocean and white noise, plus a pomodoro timer that plays them while you work.

What happens to my email address?

It sits on the list. If an Android version ships you get one message; if it never ships you get none. No newsletter, no sharing, and you can ask for removal any time by replying.
